Do you have AT LEAST 6 months experience in Complex Care within a UK home or residential setting?

Do you have UP TO DATE (dated within the last 12 months) Mandatory Care Certificates/Training

Do you have a valid Right to Work in the UK?

Can you provide TWO professional references from the Care industry?

Can you provide proof of Medication Competencies from your previous employment?

Do you have experience with physical disabilities, including PEG feeds, tracheostomies & ventilation?

Do you have experience with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders & Behaviour that Challenges?

Do you have a valid driving license & access to a vehicle?
